But your 4050 should still get well above 60, esp at low. Try and tweak stuff on your laptop and see.

Congrats! on those kills, My CS2 still lags even on the lowest settings with a 4050 — I barely get 60 FPS, and it constantly drops to 30s. I can't even explain the pain I go through. I only play for a few hours a week, just for the free drops. But yeah, I can confirm — the toxicity is still very much alive.
One day, I hope to build a truly good PC and actually experience the beauty of games the way they're meant to be — not just through AI-generated or upscaled, smoothened graphics. I'm working hard for that dream.
