The guide to Understanding your crash machines [Demolition Derby/Last Car Standing vehicle guide]

Hi, greetings I guess, creator of almost all the vehicles(the at the time of writing 93.91% of vehicles) in the Last Car Standing (formerly Demolition Derby mod) explaining you a guide of all the vehicles that currently exist (And will be updated as I add more vehicles to the main mod)

This is a guide to those who like reading or just want to know more of the vehicles from their tier list, performance, and durability sponsored by the in-universe factory "NEKO Family Co."

Different versions of the vehicles and a spawn menu will exist shortly for you all to download in (possibly a few weeks if I do not get side tracked with other projects) once I finish making them. The main vehicles mod pack will release along side the clean versions and the civilian versions of the vehicles

The Vehicle Parking Lot
Ah transportation, what a lovely sight of seeing so many vehicles lined up from a bird's eye view. What stories do they tell, you (the person who is reading this) might wonder. Well then, let me explain it all to you. (At the time of writing this, the 5 empty parking spaces in the map are unreleased vehicles)

The first original vehicles (Before the company)
The original 3 (technically 7) are the first vehicles that are in the mod. There are technically 6 original vehicles but the other 3 do not count and are just labeled as "Alpha" vehicles


The default cars, [Stationwagon Number 77]
Number 77 went through three different upgrades through its life time. I will now be explaining all three of them


Your first car [Number 77 1st Edition]
Number 77 is the first official vehicle of the mod. This festoon aqua-colored wagon with rusted grayish red stripes is your go-to derby vehicle for all your crashing and wrecking needs! Number 77 used to take families on road trips in its glory days but has been sold to become the 1st Edition derby car.

Feedback and Notes: This is a very good starting vehicle for all new drivers and to an extent, new players of the game. Play it safe or play it reckless and protect your front bumper.
Time for an upgrade [Number 77 2nd Edition]
Number 77 got an upgrade, this time it went from rusted red to a more brown-like color and now has a metal rack on top.

Number 77 has its wheels dirty and rusted from the countless battles it was in.

Your first rivals

Taxis were your main rivals during the early days, then a new challenger in neon green and orange with a missing door appeared few days after. They are easy to defeat but hard to win if driven.
Cheap fare but reckless [Taxi 1st Edition]
The Taxi, your very first rival. The arena derby maps were full of them before we decided to sponsor the derby business.







Performance: Decent damage but weak durability

Feedback and Notes: Simple Taxis, hard to win if driven. Let the other vehicles fight each other then do the finishing blow on the remaining few. The front bumper grills are your friend, for as long as it is up, you can deal better damage!
Your Everyday Transport [Taxi 2nd Edition]
The 2nd Edition of the taxi, the front grills protecting the engine had been changed, but is still your first rival.







Performance: Sturdy but low damage

Feedback and Notes: Simple Taxis, hard to win if driven. Let the other vehicles fight each other then do the finishing blow on the remaining few like with the 1st Edition. It's front bumper was nerfed but it has better durability now cause of it.
Where's my door? [Neon Green Chaser 1st Edition]
Neon Green Chaser, is a neon green and orange stock car. This is your second rival that you fight.








Performance: Semi durable but weak damage

Feedback and Notes: This is the vehicle that made me start the entire vehicle project. This car's base is the reason to why I made so many other vehicles by understanding the style of the mod. Thank this car for existing. All I can say is try not to roll over.
Still have not found my door [Green Chaser 2nd Edition]
Neon Green Chaser got an upgrade. It does much more damage and has increased durability from its first edition.

Feedback and Notes: The upgrade is much stronger than its previous version. Just try not to roll over like in the first edition when drifting or running over debris. Just protect your front bumper.
The first 11 new vehicles [Batch 1 of my new vehicles that got added]
These are the first 11 new vehicles that I submitted to the project. 1 big van, 4 sedans, 2 taxis, 1 convertible, 1 coupe, 1 pickup, and 1 wagon.
No Ice Cream, just Ice pops [Ic3 Machine]
The first ever Van of the mod. It is meant to fight other heavy vehicles that came in later updates.

Feedback and Notes: Strong and sturdy. They are too durable to fight tier 1 vehicles. If this vehicle is against other smaller vehicles well... They stand no chance...

Number 3, the first sedan of many sedans that will just keep on coming. They are made with the idea of having a durable bumper and grilles that can deal decent damage to your rival.

Feedback and Notes: Good for damage, bad handling if driving way too fast and might rollover. As usual, for as long as you protect your bumper and grilles, you are good.
Cruising for a Bruising [Bruiser]
Bruiser, the second vehicle to come out of the factory. It's an old vehicle that got repurposed to become a stock derby car. The creator made their vehicle absorb damage and has good handling.

Feedback and Notes: Try to stay out of its way, still a good vehicle. I won a few derby matches while using it outside of testing.
Drifting in the derby [The Rising Sun]
Imported from our homeland. The third vehicle that our company created. It resembles our homeland's street racing vehicles!

Feedback and Notes: Less likely to roll over, has a weak bumper but still a fast car. I had a lot of fun thinking of the design for this. I made two versions but I accidentally passed the first version instead of the second version. Both versions of the car still remain in game. This car is based on Japanese-Street racer vehicles.
Sweet little honeybee more than just a fantasy [Honeybee]
Ah yes, the Honeybee. This vehicle is brought to you from a small family business of honeybee farmers. We wanted to help small business and so we collaborated with them to create this vehicle!

Feedback and Notes: It was just called "Bumblebee" but I feel like the name "Honeybee" sounds better.
Flamin' hot, burning cash [Flaming Hot Rod Taxi]
Hot Rod Taxi aka Flame Taxi, is a modified Taxi of its 1st edition. The owner of this taxi won a previous derby and decided that the Taxi deserved to have a custom paint job for driving "too fast". It is going to cost you extra to ride in this flaming taxi. This taxi also now participates in street races too. Some passengers called it "Cash Burner". It is due to the owner doubling the taxi fare and will intentionally take the longest routes to your destination...

Performance: Decent damage but weak durability

Feedback and Notes: Same as the previous taxis, just play it safe. The owner of this vehicle charges double in taxi fare all because the taxi looks cool and stands out from the rest.
Digital dreams thrive in the moonlight [Nightdrive]
A sedan that got converted to a convertible. It is painted in black and dark purple. The designer heavily modified the stock sedan to give it more endurance when it goes for the attack or gets rammed by other rivals. You can just park your car somewhere and look up to the night sky or clouds.

Feedback and Notes: Like the player vehicle, this is also a good choice to use in derby arenas, just beware of vehicles that are bigger than you. It has a very sturdy front bumper and back bumper too, so you must guard them well. Make sure you gain max speed too then ram the side of other rivals.
Ello Gov'nor [London Cab 1st Edition]
An old taxi cab converted to a derby car. It's wheels are rusted and could use a bit of a change. However, the London Cab is still a good vehicle that can drive on both flat terrain and muddy hills terrain!

Feedback and Notes: It's front grille isn't that armored so don't think of it having extra damage. Just keep driving and don't stop til other vehicles are weakened then strike!
Jumping Spiders, they are friendly [Little Spider v1]
A small coupe, fast and speedy this little one is. It also might jump at their rivals so be careful with that. If you want a vehicle that is small and can easily evade rivals, well we got you covered! Drive a Little Spider today!

Feedback and Notes: I would give it a 5 on handling if you know what you are doing. It also has good damage, try and find a ramp then hope you hit your rival.
Big pickup for a little driver [Number 52]
Number 52 is the first stock pickup truck added to the game. It is a tanky fellow but lacks speed.








Performance: Slow but tanky and moderate damage

Feedback and Notes: I do not like vehicles that produce too much particles cause they will produce lag. However I just left this pickup truck alone. It is not all bad but it is good for off road maps too.
Don't you know what road rage is? [Number 71]
Number 71 is the second wagon added to the mod. It is just an old vintage sports wagon turned to a derby car.







Performance: Moderate speed but a bit weak

Feedback and Notes: Does not deal too high damage, still a good wagon. I based it on the old mod icon but changed it heavily to look different from the old icon.
You should be runnin'! [The Rising Sun Hotrod]
The Rising Sun Hotrod, the first sub variant of the mod. It is an upgraded version of The Rising Sun Sedan.







Performance: Fast, tanky and moderate damage

Feedback and Notes: This was the car that I was supposed to release, but I released the first version instead and now there are two of them. This is a hybrid between a Japanese Street Racer car and an American old hot rod.
Hostile bandits loving water [The Water Spring Bandits]
Formerly just a normal water company delivering water to local villages in the desert. One day, a group of bandits took over the water company when it became abandoned and now, these desert thugs roam the desert making sure lost travelers and tourists don't get their water from the nearby oasis. The members also enjoy listening to heavy metal sound tracks while raiding.
Big and Angry [Water Spring Water Tanker]
Don't step on top of the water truck, the boss will get angry! A tanker truck used by the Water Spring Bandits, they are the leaders of their group and the last line of defense when the situation is dire. This vehicle has 3 different sets of tires.





Performance: Very slow but tanky and high damage

Feedback and Notes: The first boss vehicle I made, I always wanted to implement some kind of boss vehicle every 3 maps.
No longer does deliveries [Water Spring Delivery Pickup]
A delivery pickup truck that used to deliver water to lost travelers and villagers. Now they scare off those lost travelers and villagers from their homes.






Performance: A bit slow but dangerous

No longer rescues [Water Spring Surveyor Car]
A surveyor car that scouts the area for fainted residents in the desert and rescues them. Now they raid those same people they come across.

Extinct species back to life [Metal Dimetrodon]
The Metal Dimetrodon, this fine street racer vehicle modified to a derby vehicle is a fine work of metal. Careful, it bites.







Performance: Moderate speed, very tanky

A muscle car version of the Metal Dimetrodon. This fine specimen can be used as a great get away vehicle from the cops.







Performance: Moderate speed, very tanky

It was once just a normal red sedan [Red 75]
After seeing that red salooncar/Drab 75 sedan get wrecked for days, we decided to upgrade it and make it stand a chance against the other derby vehicles.

It has a sibling rivalry with it's sister vehicle Cha'garoth, the Dread.

While I was making this vehicle I wondered to myself "Hmm.. what is a good name" then the theme of the Dreadlands appeared in my head and I screamed "CHA'GAROTH!" and chanted it over and over while painting it on the front of the plow truck.

While we tuned cars, restock our inventories, and sell plush toys to collectors. Two strangers appeared on our doorstep and requested us to make a "War machine" Both of them presented them their vehicles and wanted it customized and reinforced. We gladly accepted their requests and money to make their war machines fight each other. Thus "Morningstar, The Van That Hates" and "Cha'garoth, The Dread" was born!

How we did it is well..err..we imported a long van from another area. This van was formerly a transporter van now turned into a derby van. The client's old van was just used as scrap metal to make the long van. Meaning technically, the client's old van is still this van somehow.

A group of humvee owners wanted their vehicles to enter the derby. We then took the request and made this all terrain vehicle! The original vehicles the humvee owners owned are just black and white, what we did is just combine their elements and made them all matching "Number 45" vehicles. They were delighted with the results and gave us extra! These all terrain Humvees can get you anywhere at any time.

This vehicle got it's name from a heist vehicle where two shooters appeared in front of one of our convenient stores who attempted to commit a robbery. Since we have better security, we shot em dead and painted em red. Now we confiscated their vehicle and now it belongs to us.

Turquoise and White station wagon: It was the poster logo vehicle of the mod but the original files were lost and I never got to even drive it sadly. The one you see here is my recreation of the vehicle...#NeverForget. That same vehicle I remade it again to become "Alpha 1" with a new look.
