- In search bar type in advanced system settings

- Advanced tab, Performance. Click on Settings under Performance.

- Click on Advanced tab. Virtual memory is now visible, click Change

- Go to hard drive Marvel Rivals is on, change to system managed size. By default my SSD was NOT on this, and thus I guess the game just had no RAM to work with resulting in 100% memory at all times, leading to the massive FPS drops / crashes after winter patch.

This small change SIGNIFICANTLY helped my performance, hopefully it does the same for you. If not, then your PC may be too low to meet the game's graphical requirements.
