Moving on, locating this device is the first step on the path to compress Alex's files, it is located adjacent to the bridge in Uncanny Streets Bright. Find it, now, find it now. You can interact with it, repeatedly, but right now you'll find it cannot be of much use, something about filers and needing a certificate to use it. You won't actually need a certificate because, luckily for us, there's a much easier way...

Your next step is to KILL Alex, either method works here. Either refuse to revive him which DOES require waiting a fair little bit, or get six eyes to roast him into a nice cooked anteater(?), either way he needs to be GONE if you want to operate the compression device.

This one is incredibly urgent and CANNOT be skimmed over, failing to follow the appropriate procedure may and, under most circumstances, WILL result in a long and healthy life. Excellent, listen very closely, what you need to do is approach the machine slowly. This one, remember this one?



After approaching it you must tap your interact button of choice, a prompt will appear asking you if you want to use the device, you should know the answer ⁽ᶦᵗˢ ʸᵉˢ ᵇᵗʷ⁾. A brief animation should play where the file is squished into a file sandwich. Keep repeating the above steps and repeatedly compressing the file until the aforementioned file sandwich is more of a file slice of bread as seen below
