Description

Tired of disabling colonist jobs on every new world? Confused by the sheer number of maintenance drones on your hive worlds? Distraught at the fact that your planet with -10 amenities and 13% stability is full of empty entertainer jobs because everyone is soldiering? This mod is for you!

Soldier is just another job that will get worked in priority order unless the governer is a commander and then it assumes a martial law kinda situation

Maintenance drones jobs should only get filled if amenities are getting pretty close to 0

Colonist jobs will remain vacant unless literally every other job on the planet is filled because opportunity cost makes that job a net negative on society

If you are not running any of mods that modify vanilla jobs i recommend the plus version of this mod. maintenance drones are even better tuned and rulers no longer throw a fit when you switch civics that involve their jobs. Save Game Compatibility
Fine to enable or disable mid-run. When jobs recalculate at the first of the month the old weights will get used.

Mod Compatibility
Should work with nearly any mod. I could have fine-tuned the behaviors more if I changed the modifiers on each job but then it would have conflicted with mods that add or edit job types. As it stands it modifies job base weights in a very esoteric file that i can't imagine other mods touching.

Files overwritten:
scripted_variables\01_scripted_variables_megacorp.txt
This mod will be incompatible with mods that overwrite the same files. It should be compatible with almost everything else.
