Grab the ladder and place it like so

Each of the dollars count individually, so just throw a stack of cash on the floor and pick it up with the money gun, climb up the ladder, and beat Michael Jordan himself.

You can grab singles in a clump while using a ladder and just keep moving camera up and down through the hoop too

The money gun is surprisingly not required! You can just pick up single bills in a clump and drop them through the hoop after purchasing the lift.
