[B42] Make Leather/Thread from Leather Clothes

Description:
- This mod adds three recipes
1) make Small Leather (Tanned, Crude) from leather jackets or leather coats (This recipe requires Tailoring Level 3, and provides small amount of exp)
2) make Medium Leather (Tanned, Crude) from long leather coats (requires Tailoring Lv 5)
3) pick 1 unit of Sinew Thread from leather clothes (requires Tailoring Lv 3)

Restrictions:
- Hide clothes cannot be used in Leather (Tanned, Crude) recipes.

Balancing Issues:
- Low-condition leather clothes can still provide intact Small/Medium Leather.
- Some leather clothes provide more leather strips when crafted with the recipe than when ripped directly.

I'm not really sure it can be done easily, but I believe if you combine this with Spongies Open Jackets, it makes it to where none of the leather jackets can be used anymore with these recipes it seems, which is a bummer since I like that mod a lot too, but this one also seems super handy.

This is great and exactly what I was looking for to experiment with armor crafting some more, thank you!

Something that I'd suggest, and that I'm going to go in and implement for myself, is a higher-level recipe (maybe 5 tailoring?) that lets you get a medium hide from the long leather coats.
