Based on Praça do Migrante fountain in Brazil.
With some changes.

A 7x6 sized fountain asset, this is a park decor building (found where the boulders are), which do not require road connection.
Color variation on mossaic tile : white, very light blue, very light green.

make sure to put it on flat ground
otherwise the translucent layer might appear at wrong height

@artichokeme - that is done with Node Controller Renewal "offset" function, basically it makes corner radius smoother. Then fill in the triangle grass island with Intersection Marking Tool. If you unfamiliar with these mods, try search on youtube for some tutorials.
