Playing Boys In Blue on 25 different attempts and RNG, I discovered that the audio bug in the Locker Room can spawn in 1 of 3 Lockers. With different percentages of likelihood. So here are the Locker numbers as well as the percentage of their frequency containing the Audio Bug.

The audio bug can appear in each 3rd locker in the sequence of the lockers going from the side of the front entrance to the police station to the impound lot. (Except the cluster of lockers closest to the impound lot. Since the audio bug only spawns in 3 of the 4 clusters of lockers)

I would like to leave the idea open for updates on this guide.
I will likely expand this guide to include all the other locations, and even potentially note down any future results I find each time I run the heist, to expand the sample amount of results and get more accurate chance numbers for each Locker.
