Overview
1.) Open Mini Royale and click on "Career" on the menu. 
2.) In the "Career" menu, click on "Challenges" 
3.) At the bottom, click the "Challenger Mode" to enable faster weapon camo XP gains. 
4.) You're done, now go play the game!

Yes, you will deal decreased damage but it hardly makes a difference. After enabling this on my own account, I was able to grind out 2 weapons to Gold in a couple days.

You will deal 75% damage instead of 100%, but you will earn 250% camo points.
