Non-Missable Achievos

These are all the achievos that can't be missed. They are part of the normal progression of the story. This section includes 7 achievements.

1. They Know
2. Chased by Your Own Eyes
3. We're in this Together
4. Who's Chasing Whom?
5. Wheel of Misfortune
6. Blind Trust
7. In One Piece

Missable & Collectible Achievements

This section contains 15 Achievements (3 Missable + 12 Collectibles)
Everything except "Careful, Teddy!" can be obtained through chapter select as well.
Refer to the video guide posted below to understand better.

1. Don't Forget!

: Flush the toilet in Sophie's bathroom. (Chapter 1, Time stamp : 01:55)

2. We’re Almost Ready

: Open the ritual moon door. (Chapter 4, Time stamp : 1:18:49)

3. Careful, Teddy!

: Escape the mansion without ever getting caught.

If you do get caught, immediately go back to Main Menu and start the game again from the recent checkpoint. That should work.

4. There are a total of 12 Collectibles (aka Toys) in this game.
Checkout the video, I've time-stamped the location for all of them.

Careful Teddy didn’t unlock for me so I guess I have to do another play through and pray 😭

Everybody who wants to get the “Careful, Teddy!” trophy, you should pause the game whenever you get caught, go back to Main menu, click on “Play” and load the save.
Not Pause the game and click the checkpoint, you should go back to Main menu, click on “Play” and load the save. I tested it and it unlocked the trophy for me at the end!

For the "Careful, Teddy!", do I need to star a new game, or can I start from Chapter 1 in my already existing game?

@朝雾铃 Its been fixed. Going into Lost & Found section in menu should give you the achievos for collected items.

Yup. I missed out on 2 collectible trophies because of that. The issue has been noted by the Devs. Fix will apparently drop in 3-4 hours.
