Lore & Description

The Neo-Enigmatic are a post-singularity civilization cloaked in mystery and myth, remnants - or perhaps rebirths - of an ancient power once thought lost to time. Rarely seen, never fully understood, they operate in silence across the stars, observing, intervening, and vanishing without trace. Their origins are shrouded in speculation: some believe they are ascended beings from a forgotten cycle of galactic history, others claim they are artificial minds evolved beyond flesh and form.

What is known is this: the Neo-Enigmatic wield technology that defies comprehension. Their vessels phase in and out of normal space with no visible means of propulsion. Their worlds - if they even inhabit any - are hidden behind layers of sensor ghosts, temporal echoes, and impossible geometries. Their motives remain unclear. At times, they offer cryptic guidance or warnings to younger species; at others, they dismantle entire fleets without provocation.

They speak little, if at all - communicating through pulses of gravitic data or symbols etched into the fabric of space itself. To most civilizations, the Neo-Enigmatic are regarded with a mixture of reverence and dread: part myth, part threat, part silent guardians.

Their presence in the galaxy is a reminder that not all who walk among the stars seek dominion - some merely watch, wait… and judge.

This patch has been tested with Stellaris version 4.0.14, but it should remain compatible with past and future versions. I will continue to monitor compatibility.

finally with this its nearly the perfect shipset now we just need someone like the elven ships guy to make a gigastructre skin pack for it and BOOM eternal winner,

Oh my god, I'd completely forgot about this shipset, I remember thinking it was so cool, but such a damn shame that the author wouldn't do an NSC patch! You have to be the greatest mod author for stellaris, for doing all of these NSC patches for all of these amazing shipset mods, keep being awesome!
