Screen Fade on Kill

Description
Screen Fade just like from Grand Theft Auto V!.. Or CS 1.6.. Well it's up to you now, mod is fully customizable, unlike first version and If you're lazy to configure effect for yourself, I've made some presets

All commands start with cl_kill, but I highly recommend you to use panel in the options tab instead
