At War: Planetary Cannons 4.0

Because I love these mods and at moment no sign of latest maintainer to update them I gonna give it shot. If original maintainer returns I will remove my version and let them keep maintaining them.

Update
Fixed all errors that error log threw at me with this mod and tested it little bit see if everything is working after the changes made.
Fixed Economic tab building icons.
Work amount of pop to fit new workforce system
Added the building to Specialise District: Planetary Defences

So far I could see everything else should work the same.

To do list.
Allow AI to use buildings too but at moment I have no idea how this works and everything I tried failed so anyone knows how to make AI want to build these let me know.

What I will not do.
Add Bio Buildings
Make any compatibility for other mods.
Make changes to its original design.

I will not respond to any of those kind requests.
