All unlockable ships can be obtained by either questing or collecting blueprints, which are rewarded for defeating tier 4 skull Pirate Kings. The blueprint you receive depends on the ship the Pirate King is currently sailing. Blueprints are given one piece at a time, and you need ten pieces to complete a full blueprint and unlock the ship.

To unlock ships via quests, you will need a minimum of 2500 rep points with the faction you are questing for to complete the entire quest chain and be rewarded at the end.

The quest for the Ship of the Line is not currently in the game and the only way to obtain this ship is by collecting blueprints.
