The classic Mark V Spartan model from Halo: Combat Evolved as a player model

This addon includes a Master Chief/campaign colored variant as well as all 18 multiplayer armor colored Spartans and they all have view model arms that match their armor color

when i spawn the NPCs, they have missing textures but the PMs are fine?

You can use them for your own personal use, but don't upload it, i'd prefer to do that myself

Also, make sure you're subscribed to the Env_Lightmap material proxy addon that's put as a requirement for this addon in order to see the reflections in the first place

If you mean the helmet's visor, then it could be an issue while generating the icons on certain maps with dark lighting, or you may have a lower end GPU, outdated graphics driver, your game's video settings aren't turned up, or it could even be some addon messing with how your game handles cubemap reflections

Whatever the case may be, i haven't had this issue with the icons, so just as long you can see the armor colors to be able to tell them apart, and the actual player model works, then that's all that matters to me

If you're talking about the addons by Rush_Freak and Echo that just replaces Gmod's default cubemap texture, i have both of those addons as well, so it's probably not those

Try disabling (not uninstalling) addons one by one that you've downloaded between when the mods were working and when they weren't and see if that fixes anything

Also make sure that mat_specular is set to 1 in the console
