By Poketape
Self-explanatory. The best weapons and star cards for every class and hero. The guide's currently a bit messy and I plan on updating the formatting to clean things up.

Assault
There are three blasters worth using:

  • A280 - best choice; outclassed only at extreme long-range; use Improved Cooling and Improved Range
  • CR-2 - extremely fast fire rate, can use at extremely close-range, but lacks versatility, so keep it to tight maps; use Reduced Recoil and Ion Shot
  • EL-16HFE - superior at range but not worth it at mid/close-range; use Reduced Recoil and Improved Range

Star Cards:
1. Toughen Up
2a. Bounty Hunter - if interested in hero play, otherwise swap for Bodyguard or Assault Training
3a. Smart Ion Grenade - on maps with heavy ground vehicle use
2b/3b. Bodyguard - everywhere else if grenades are a problem
2c/3c. Assault Training- everywhere else if grenades aren't a problem
Heavy
Two blasters only:

  • TL-50 - excels at close-range and useful at mid-range; use Improved Cooling and Reduced Spread
  • T-21 - excels at long-range and useful at mid-range, but unforgiving at close-range; no attachments worth using

Star Cards:

1a. Bounty Hunter - if interested in heroes
1b. Improved Combat Shield - if not interested in heroes
1c. Supercharged Sentry - hero hunting
2a. Ion Turret - vehicle hunting
3a. Ion Torpedo - vehicle hunting
2b. Detonite Charge - infantry hunting
3b. Bodyguard - infantry hunting
Officer
Two options:
  • SE-44C - use with Improved Cooling and Rapid Fire; use 99-100% of the time
  • S-5 - if you really want to try long-range but don't want to switch classes; use Improved Recoil

Star Cards:
If you're playing this class you're most likely interested in heroes, so that set-up is listed first:

1a. Bounty Hunter - if interested in heroes
2a. Officer's Presence - if interested in heroes
3a. Recharge Command
3b. Improved Battle Command
1b. Improved Flash Grenade - not interested in heroes
2b. Bodyguard - not interested in heroes
Specialist
Two weapons:

  • NT-242 - just want to snipe; use with Dual Zoom and Improved Cooling (can swap out Dual Zoom for Disrupter Shot for vehicle hunting)
  • A280-CFE - want to do things other than sniping; use with Burst Mode and Dual Zoom

If you're playing this class, you're not going for heroes.

I use the E11-D blaster for assault. It's good at short range, and even long range. It does a somewhat high damage output and low recoil. I've played this game for thousands of hours and I think it's the best. The others just aren't that great. Other than that I agree on just about everything. 👍

Will you be adding Enforcer, Aerial, and Infiltrator to this list?

Also, DC-15 with explosive shot is great over long range as long as you feather the trigger and not hold it down. Pinpoint accurate, hardly any damage dropoff.

Sleeping on the DC-15 with explosive shot attachment for heavy. Great for defense, and holding back saber heroes
