IMPORTANT!
These don't all exist in-game! but some do! so keep an eye out for a plus (+)! all diseases with a plus exist in-game! also this is research journal-themed.
Diseases!
Pellet Cancer (+?) (found in: kelly.cameron42's guide)

Test Subject started vomiting, and they looked orange (duh)

the vomiting's over, but the dog is a little more tired then usual

The vomiting's started again, mixed in with choking, the test subject is a little more aggresive then usual

They seem to have developed keener senses, but I won't approach them as they seem to be more aggresive

They are weak and are trying to stay away from everyone but me

They seem too weak to walk, It seems the disease is fatal

I think Burnt dog biscuits will cure them. (Predictus Coli will kill off 0x1042 while not multiplying)

it seems keeping your dog away from Chips and Nutritional Pellets (And now you know why your parents tell you chips are bad for you!) (if you REALLY need Caseus Bacto then feed your dogs lunar pie!) will work.

Scaph (+)

No Stages!

It Deletes other gut flora, multiplys, and causes a dog to lay dud eggs instead of a dog egg

It seems Burnt dog biscuits will cure this one too (see above: Pellet cancer # cure)

Scaph seems to come from Dud Eggs, Poop, and Half-eaten food.

Leg Disease (+)

the test subject's legs are narrower then usual, Some test subjects are also be thinner and their tail (if present) smaller

I took dogs with legs of different thicknesses and the most thin-legged dogs had problems first.

eventually they all couldn't walk so they couldn't reach food

the first dog starved due to not being able to reach food

Burnt dog biscuit might do this, too.

keep dogs away from foods that contain ectobacter.
Infections!
Core Infection (by Umbra11)

They have Slightly not-very-noticeably bumpy pupils, they have slightly more vomiting then usual

It looks like their Vomit is orange and more frequent now, their pupil is obviously misshapen, they havel little to no mutations during pupation, I see the legs are noticeably shaky.

they're Vomiting more frequently, they have bumps all over their body, they're stronger and quicker than normal and constantly trying to eat but they're very tired.

their Bumps become orange spikes, their pupil disappeared, they vomited core fluid ALL over my desk, they almost bit one of the other dogs, they ate ALL of my chips AND cookies, they acted aggressively towards the others, they are contagious and dangerous, DO NOT APPROACH!!! NOT curable!!!

I came into the lab today and they had Giant arm-like things and the core fluid was taking over the body, they ate ALL of my snacks, they tried eat anything that moved, their spikes were larger and they were still contagious, they ran quickly and tried to attack the others, they had no memories of past life and lived to kill,

they are now a "Gargoyle" and no longer a dog, they have no eyes for now, they only ate 2 bowls and not every last bowl of food I gave them (PHEW!!),
they seem less contagious now, they seem to be regaining thoughts and mind, they are completely different from their past life, their ears became horns, DO NOT ENGAGE!!! I only give them three meals of two food bowls a day and a toy

they are now a "Core Beast" and have no memory of past life* but have similar personality (Granule was my subject and HATES Petting even more then other core beasts and is also Gluttonous)
they also have normal yet-still-big appetite, they're still contagious but won't be later in life, their prey is wobbledogs, they're smarter, they mutated and their horn color changed from tan to orange so it blends in with their body now.
*if an adult dog catches this disease they will quickly move to this stage and have a chance to remember their life as a dog. I tested this with Randy. they snuggled mingle instead of eating them.
Injuries!
None Exist. Sorry!
Parasites!
Brainy Worm (by kelly.cameron42)

they woke up lost in a haze and had trouble getting through the day, best you cure it now

today I came into the lab and instructed my english-speaking wobbledog to count, but they counted 1, 2, 3, then "what comes next?", curable but those memories are lost forever.

after two weeks, they couldn't hear or bark, it's curable but memory loss is permanent.

about a month later, they thought they were drunk, they tried to snap themselves out of it, it's curable but hard to now.

came in a week later and they were about to stab themselves with a knife they stole from the kitchen but I stopped them, did a medical scan and there were multple brainy worms.
Funeral
1: Invite the Dog's Friends.
2: Let them look at the body.
3. Let them eat it.
4. Let them see the dog get memorialized
