Personally, I found Day Of Dragons info very scarce and with a incomplete and vague wiki making it not clear what is currently un-lockable and what isn't, I thought I'd document all current quests I have found within day of dragons.

Dragon unlocks are on a per server basis. If you want to play these on multiple servers, you will have to complete the quests each time.

This is a quick quest to unlock the Biolumin Dragon on your current server.

Details
-Travel to Bio Island, the pink tree island in the central eastern part of the map. Co-ordinates above.
-On this island, you will find NPC "Bohvo The Egg Layer". Talk to them
-They will ask you to take care of their egss, agree and you will spawn as a Biolumin Dragon, thus unlocking on the server.

Easy.

How to unlock the newest Dino, Brood Watcher in your server. Make sure to accept the quest in your journal.

Before beginning, I recommend a Dragon that can sniff out and eat mushrooms (Not the Biolumin) as you will need to find and consume 11 total.

Details
-Travel to the forest in the SE part of the map
-Speak with Broodwatcher Alpha
-When asking how you can help, they will say to speak to the Matriarch next to them
-Agree to find food for their broodling. Tip: Set a waypoint (M) so you can easily find them again
-Find a red mushroom and eat. Tip: It doesn't have to be nearby, but the forest should spawn multiple mushrooms and can be completed locally if you desire.
-When eaten, return to Matriarch.
-To prove they aren't dangerous, they will ask you to consume another 10! You can still rest/sleep between to make sure you don't die of poison and the quest log will keep track of how many you have consumed
-Once you have consumed the 10 required, return again and complete the quest.

Congratulations, you have unlocked the Brood Watcher and can now spawn one in.
