Models/Types and Elements
Each model of Forgeborn have different powers, there are five types of Forgeborn. The Mechadrax, Ionwrym, Steelmaw, Hydronex, and Blossynth. Though there are rumors of a sixth model (Syntherion) which I have included in the guide....

Mechadrax can breath a mix of fire and poison gas make a deadly combo that can easily kill living things (and Forgeborn alike), they also are the original model. They are the strongest and wisest of the Forgeborn. Physical features: Grey scales, with darker scales as located on some parts of the body- some call us the basic model... they may be right but we're the strongest as well.
Mechadrax live all over the continent.

Ionwrym(s) are electrified dragons that were made when Mechadrax found supercharged crystals in an ancient cavern known now as Ancient Electria. They are very fast which makes them extremely dangerous to the foolish dragons who dare challenge them to battle. Ionwryms have a electrifying "bolt" that they can shoot out of their jaw. These dragons usually keep to themselves, not participating in wars. Physical features: Large wings and hooked claws with a yellowish tint to all their scales.
[/i]
Steelmaw are strong and giant dragons that evolved/edapted to live in mountain peaks, unlike other dragon which are modified Mechadrax. They have tough armored scales and piercing white eyes that can dig into your mind. Physical features: they have the sharpest teeth of any other model, their bodies have very dark scales that contrast with their lighter legs and tails.
Steelmaw live in the huge mountains in the middle of the continent

Hydronex live in deep lakes and oceans and are the most secretive of the Forgeborn. Many Hydronex are very violent and it is advised to leave them be if they're having a conflict. Physical features: they have webbed back feet and boosters on their wings for extra speed in water.
Hydronex have a faint bluish tint on their scales.

Blossynth Being the newest of the models we have not collected a good amount of information on the subjects. All known Blossynth settlements are in the flowering forest zone. (which they have been confined to) These dragons are still being worked into society and are mostly pacifist. This has not been fully confirmed and they are in prohibition of highly populated areas.

Syntherion We known nothing about Syntherion.

Important Places
The Forgeborn have many small towns dotted about the continent so I can't list them all. But I will list a few major villages/cities around the continent.

An important place in Forgeborn history was the floating city of Skynox. It was a island
that floated hundreds of meters in the air. It was the most diverse city when it was populated,
with every different model living there. It was also my home as well. It had a population of about
five hundred, making it a major city. The island suffered mysterious attacks killing off a margin of
it's population. After the attacks the citizens left the island as it is now slowly sinking to the
ground. Many of the dragons are moving to a new village being build to the east of "Old Skynox".

The Royal Palace the palace has been in place for over 1,500 years, before the Ionwryms even existed. It is constantly under renovation and being fitted with the newest tech and magic. Though there has not been a queen or king for centuries many dragons have tried to take over the continent on the past few years as resources are running low throughout the continent. It is constantly on a heavy guard and some very wealthy dragons also live there. It is located in the middle of the continent.

Vulcronis Located in the very south-west of the continent the tinkering dragons of Vulcronis lurk. Vulcronis is a city carved into an active volcano where dragons harness the energy of it to make all sorts of things. The full time population is quite low there due to the danger of lava and heat that can torch your systems.

Various other villages and cities are all around the continent these are just 3 important places to the Forgeborn. Skynox for hospitality. The Royal Palace where the aristocrats and important dragons live. Vulcronis the industrial district.

The Nullrot
The Nullrot is the corruption that is slowly spreading in the very bottom of the south-west. It is fungus that drives mechanical and living thins alive. There is a thick iron wall separating it from the rest of the continent luckily. But you should never under any circumstance go beyond the wall!

The Continent
The continent of the Forgeborn is called Veltraxia . And is full of rolling hills, mountains, forests. . . and the corruption Nullrot. Veltraxia also has many caverns and caves full of crystals and resources, at least it used to be. The continent is in the rough shape of a shield, with mountains in the middle and lakes surrounding almost the entire perimeter of the island though they are not connected.
Timeless Tales from Veltraxia
The Empire's Siege:

It all started when Numastar fell and Crashloop was destroyed robots once again set out for the stars for a fresh start. Soon they found a planet called Fyrenthal this is the planet that the Forgeborn inhabit. The settlers had quickly found themselves covered in Hungary dragons none of the bots survived for more than a month. After hearing about the defeat the rest of the empire, defendroids, commanders, and hero's from all over the empires closest galaxies came to lay siege and wipe out the Forgeborn once and for all. It was the most tremendous failure in the empires existence. Though the empire managed to kill the entire royal family it was a mistake to mess with Fyrenthal . Robots were either driven mad from the Nullrot or destroyed instantly by the dragons strength and cunning. That was about 500 years ago of course so almost all wounds have been healed by time. "Almost All"...

Hero's of the Forgeborn
There have been many legendary war figures throughout Veltraxian history but perhaps the greatest of them all is Groundmover. This Steelmaw brought siege upon over 25 enemy forts in the Empire War. He was never touched by a blade or bow, he sacrificed himself to save his brethren in the final battle of the war. When they recovered his body he had a spear through his core and his optical receptors had been gouged out.

Another notable hero is General Mireva a Mechadrax who helped shape the town of Vulcronis and defended from enemy Hydronex warriors who wanted to capture the rising town. She held out the city with 3 other guards for 2 whole days and nights. She was severally wounded during the 2 battles and died shortly after, this sparked war against the Mechadrax and the Hydronex it would last for 2 years the Mechadrax only won because of supplies from the Steelmaw . That's moves us onto our last story. The Siege of Hydro, Hydro is a Hydronex military fort that guards a massive lake. After General Mireva fell and the Mechadrax declared war the fight for control of this lake was a turning point in the war. The Hydronex had been winning for over a year, defending their homeland and sabotaging isolated Mechadrax outposts. Until the lake was captured things were looking grim for the Mechadrax. With the help and supplies from an allied Steelmaw village they claimed the lake that held many Hydronex factories under it's inky dark water. Mechadrax were positioned around the boundaries of the fighting and were ordered to kill any dragon that came close so that the Hydronex would run out of resources.
It was a success within 3 months Hydronex were fighting each other for food and weapons. One of the most important people during the siege was Boulder a Steelmaw who was a resource supplier for the Mechadrax he delivered weapons, food, water. and resources to the soldiers throughout many battles. Though after the war he was never seen again, some say he settled down in the fields for a peaceful life. Though some say in the fields there is a boulder that looks suspiciously like a dragon in those fields, waiting to aid in the next war. . .

Our final hero is Slayer well they are not exactly a hero they deserve a mention as they nearly wiped out the entire royal family. 1,000 years ago a dragon named Slayer was hatched, at a young age he was violent and a skilled combatant. After 30 years of training in the royal army he had earned enough trust to go the the palace. As a high ranking commander he visited many meetings with royals and other important dragons, during a meeting with the royal family they pulled a knife and threw it into the queens core, instantly killing her. Then swept around the room in a flurry of fire and toxins. After assassinating the queen, they killed off the prince trying to defend the king ( the prince was the only heir ) they fought their way through the guards killing several on his way to the king who had fled out a window. before the dragon could jump out a royal gourd by the name of Circuit stabbed a fatal blow with a spear through Slayer's spine, killing the assassin and pinning their corpse to the ground. No one knows why they attacked so suddenly some reports day th-- t-e dr---- h-- ---- in counter with ------ a few days before though we have no evidence of this as of now.

A Tale Of Creation and War, By Tungsten of the Mechadrax
5,000 years ago the first Mechadrax was brought in our world.
They lived alone with family in the cliffs and caves of Veltraxia.
Some split off to inhabit the ocean, some to inhabit the cliffs. . .
They each evolved forming their own nation, and leaders.
This is how they evolved to have emotion, understanding but also
pain and bloodlust, and... war.

( More will be added soon, I plan on establishing main characters and their own stories! )
Forgeborn Life
This section will cover how Forgeborn live and what they do on a daily basis I will also write things down about culture.

Once a Forgeborn crawls out of its egg, it will usually wander off to seek care from older Forgeborn. Infant Forgeborn do not have parents, as all eggs are hatched in the local hatchery. They watch older Forgeborn perform daily tasks and learn from them—hunting, gathering, fighting, social skills (which I still lack), and various other things.

Infants must hunt for their own food and endure hard lives. Society was designed this way so that young Forgeborn would be tough enough to fight in wars. Things still haven’t returned to the way they used to be, when infants were cared for by their parents and had a peaceful childhood.

Once Forgeborn turn ten, they usually start trying to get a job in their local village—most often in the army.

All across Veltraxia, at least one battle or skirmish between two models is always happening. As an example, the entire continent is currently racing to see who can develop the most powerful explosives. And while we fight, we’re also polluting the air and sea. At one point, the sky above the palace was so dark, it looked like night for five days straight.

So, as you now know, this continent isn’t some happy wonderland. The death toll every year averages about 8,000- that’s nearly half of Veltraxia’s population! That may not seem like much to other creatures (like you pesky humans reading this), but to Forgeborn, it’s a lot. And those are the years without major wars.
The Ionwyrms are the most peaceful tribe (Blossynth do not count as Forgeborn—they’re lowly mutants), and the Hydronex are the least peaceful, picking fights with every dragon they come across.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That last section was a little dark eh'? Let's move onto something more "easy going". Here are some sayings from Veltraxia that are widely known, but first can you guess what these three mean?

"You're such a glitch" Meaning: You're dumb/stupid

"Are you overdrived!?" Meaning: You're way too exited

"Flesh and flame!" Meaning: Exclaimed when something unexpected happens

"You scrapbrick" Meaning: Someone that is lazy or useless
Did you get them all right?

Now I'll cover some basic jobs that villages may have.
Warriors- Protect the land
Merchants- Sell various items
Healers- Revive injured dragons
Keepers- Maintain order
Trainers- Teach young Forgeborn (rare)
Constructers- Destroy old buildings and make new ones
Guards- Keep individual buildings safe
Gatherers- Maintain and collect resources

Those are just some basic jobs that local villages will most likely have.
Here are some more advanced ones.
Royal Guard- Warriors and important generals that live in the Royal Palace
High Guard- Gatekeepers of the Royal Palace
King / Queen- We have not had any royals for hundreds of years
Treasurers- Keep track of important goods
Vault Keepers- Trained Forgeborn that keep a watch on royal vaults for days

Forgeborn culture/traditions

While much of Forgeborn culture has been lost to time, we still have some ceremonies and
celebrations that we celebrate. Here a few notable ones:

Mourngem
Mourngem is held twice a year, during the summer and winter solstices. It's a day of remembrance for all the Forgeborn who lost their lives in our many wars.
To honor them, we gather glowing crystals from the deep caverns- stones said to hold the lingering spirits of the fallen. These crystals are carefully placed into the nearest stream or river, where the current carries them away. It's believed this releases their souls into the afterlife, setting them free at last.On Mourngem, no battles are fought. No weapons are drawn. No dragon is harmed. It’s the one day we all agree to lay down our fire and remember what we’ve lost.

Forgesday
While you humans might celebrate "birthdays" every year, Forgeborn mark our creation with something a little more... forge(y??). We call it Forgesday, and it comes once every three years for every Forgeborn, it’s meaningful tradition, meant to honor the moment we were born. On this day, friends will give small gifts, rare stones, or cards.Compared to grand festivals like Mourngem, Forgesday is simple. But it’s one of the most widely celebrated traditions across Veltraxia, second only to Mourngem itself.

Echoing
Echoing is a lesser-known tradition, but still practiced by many, especially Steelmaw roots, where it first began.
Once a month, a storyteller gathers the village under dim lights- or, if they’re going old-school, around a crackling bonfire. These bards share the legends of our ancestors: battles fought, heroes risen, cities lost to ash. Each tale is meant to preserve our legacy, passed down in voice and flame.
But some argue every year more and more details are lost until all that remains are myths, half-truths... to put it simple lies.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Those are three of the most celebrated traditions across Veltraxia,
well that's it for this chapter... see ya' in the next one!

Thanks For Reading!
Thank you for taking the time to learn about my little fictional world! I will probably add more to this at some point. But for now I'm done, I will probably be writing some stories about some dragons from the different areas and their personal stories. . . but for now I'm done. This took me like 2 hours to make so I hope you enjoy it.
