You can't miss these achievements and will earn then by just playing through the game once.

The tractor is found in chapter 1 at the start right after you exit the bathroom. Before you head up to the next room keep going straight forward where you can place down Teddy to the right and then turn around.
The robot is found in chapter 2 on this table at the back of this room. In order to get up here you need to look up left as you enter the room and place down Teddy, then you'll have to move the suitcase located under the table and move it in front of it so you can climb on to the table.
The airplane is found in chapter 3 on the upper floor where the elevator is. There you'll find an open cabinet where you can place down Teddy, then just go to the left around the corner.
The train is found in chapter 3 behind the suitcases in the corner. Place down Teddy directly to the left as you're entering the room, then go left and behind the suitcases.
The rubik's cube is found in chapter 4 to the right of the big door next to some wooden panels. Place down Teddy on the table and go over to the wooden panels and behind them.
The ball is found in chapter 4 behind some bars when looking for the orange key. Place down Teddy on the cart to the right when entering the room, then go through under the hydraulic press and turn left behind the bars.
The spinner is found in chapter 5 in the playroom. First you need to proceed through the room until you reach the cart and move it back to the start. Place down Teddy and turn around towards the corner.
The dog is found in chapter 6 on a shelf in the bookcase. Place down Teddy next to the bookcase, move the box in front of it and climb up on the shelf.
The blanket is found in chapter 6 inside of the wooden structure. While Teddy is stuck up on the platform you want to pull the level to move it to the other side. You can now see a hole in the wall, go up to the hole and crouch through it.
The yo-yo is found in chapter 7 after you walked down and fell through the stairs. Head to the far back of the room and go up a small set of stairs. Place down Teddy and go under the table.
The domino is found in chapter 7 behind the wooden post. Lift up the wooden plank blocking the cart and move it over all the way. Place down Teddy on the cart and walk across to the wooden post.
The hearing aid is found in chapter 8 in the corridor where Clayton is chasing you. Make him fall through the floor and he'll drop it right in front of the hole.

The ritual room is found in chapter 4 right after you unlocked the big door. Go to the right side and place down Teddy, then head straight across the room, climb up on the box and pull down the lever to open the moon door.
Sophie's bathroom is in chapter 1 right at the beginning. Go over to place down Teddy then head back towards the bathroom entrance where the toilet is, on the right wall next to the toilet there's a lever that you need to pull down in order to flush the toilet.
You have to play through the entire without getting caught, so I would recommend playing through the game once to get familiar with it before trying to attempt this.
And if it so happened that you get caught, immediately pause the game and click "Exit to main menu" then jump right back in to retry.
