AT NIGHT BEFORE CLOSING:

• Put the remaining döner to the freezer (most important)
  
• Put the remaining şiş kebap into the freezer
  
• put the remaning tomato/pickle/lettuce tray etc. into freezer
  
• Put the drinks back into the freezer so you can get the cold drink bonus
  
• put remaining bread into the freezers

MORNING BEFORE OPENING:

• set up your battle station, put things like drinks and lettuce tray or ketchup where you prefer them
  
• warm 4-6 bread and put them into plates. Each day you will sell atleast 6 orders and warm bread gives bonus money
  
• cook döner and cut only 4 times and put them into the meat tray. This ensures you will have quick access to döner (no hand shovel needed) while also making sure you dont heat more than you need.
  
• Refill your pickle, lettuce and tomato trays by cutting more. Reason we dont this at night is to ensure we have enough money to buy more without getting in debt.
  
• refill your ketchup etc. bottles
  
• check if you LEVELED UP and need a new cooking material like oil
  
• check how much youre paying your employes
  
• order more bread if remaining bread is less than 10 total

DO NOT:Cook/cut more kebap than you need, its a massive money loss
cook all the shish kebabs at once to save time, its tempting but waste of money
warm more breads than necessary, unlike regular ones warmed bread isnt saved
forget drinks outside and missout on bonus
