Anyways, here's the Verman AKA "Ratman" once again, this time in a more l4d1ish style.
A cut special (maybe uncommon?) infected featured in various L4D3 speculation videos.
Instead of acid, the ratman spits out a hazzardous pool of blood, releasing the colony of rats that occupies this walking corpse's innards!
