Известные проблемы:
Если вы среди требований к технологии видите в названии требуемого здания фразу "Placeholder", вероятней всего у вас стоят моды меняющие/добавляющие здания. Будет ли работать корректно технология и откроется ли вообще - не ясно, требуются тесты...
