In all seriousness though, it should probably have the other gates, I often take the Drainage System route to Subterranean. Imagine playing Rain World but you installed a mod so that every region is just the gates and key rooms like the Five Pebbles, Looks to the Moon, Void Sea, etc. Maybe the unique pearls could be thrown in there too.
