Some of the achievements are tied to certain metrics in the game while others you will earn automatically while playing.

Campaign

1. Run the game.
   
2. Set the game difficulty to "Easy".
   
3. Start the campaign.
   
4. Survive enemy waves until the final boss spawns.
   
5. Prioritize destroying enemies with head shots. Each one has a red ball on top, so just aim for that. Some achievements are tied to kill count and head shots. You will need at least 331 kills and 299 head shots.
   
6. Destroy the "Unit 1" boss to complete stage 1. Stage 1 must be completed before you can earn all the auto achievements.

Survival

1. Go back to the menu and select "Survival Mode".
   
2. Check the "Hoard" box to spawn more enemies.
   
3. Survive and destroy enemy waves.
   
4. Prioritize destroying enemies with head shots.
   
5. Continue until all achievements are earned.

Auto
The auto achievements will come in as you play the game and earn other metric based achievements. If at any point you stop receiving the auto ones, just close the game and restart Steam. When you run the game again you should start earning achievements during gameplay.

This game has a nice blend of auto achievements ad ones you have to play to earn. While the gameplay is pretty basic I felt it kept me engaged enough to complete the achievements. Overall its a quick and easy completion to add to your list.
