The Wisconsin State Patrol was established in 1939 as a division of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, originally tasked with enforcing motor vehicle laws and promoting highway safety. and as for the server, I never consistently join rp servers unless I run them ngl, If i do join public rp servers, its whatever one looks the most realistic or good for RP.
