First Step: Get To The Top With 100 Or More Score

Get 100 score and go up to the top of the arena where you can see the big red gun.

Second Step: Jump Out Of The Arena

Now move next to the red gun so that you have space above you (be careful not to touch the red gun because you'll have to start the process again).

Now follow these steps:

Charge your gun up until it starts glitching and turns white.
Look under yourself and double jump.
Release the charged "rocket" with right click while you are in the air from the double jump.
Move to the side and try to land on the edge of the roof.

Good job! Now you just need to approach the NPC.
