2. The lefthand side of the main stairs.
   
   
3. On the box next to Alidoro.
   
   
4. On a wooden box next to a stack of picture frames (opposite the record player)
   

He's randomly in one of these four positions every time the map refreshes. So if you can't find it in one place, just look at them all at once :)
