"Earn 2 reputation points in your career."

Easy one. At the beginning of the save, and pressing the TRADE button, Mentaur Minter will give you an introductory contract. Simply fulfill the required organ of that contract to get enough reputation to unlock this.

"Fulfill 10 client requests"

Another slam dunk. Once the introductory contract is complete, real contracts will come in. Simply complete 10 of them to get this.

"Interact with the organs in your cargo hold 10 and 705 times."

Some people get confused by this. So far, the game's definition of "interact" is by clicking on the organs in your cargo hold (CARGO), moving organs from one square to another, or by selling them.

You get the Organ Toucher by interacting with the organs 10 times, and the Organ Fondler when you do it 705 times.

"Earn 350 reputation points"

Simply keep fulfilling contracts as they are the main source of reputation. (Abandoning contracts you accepted will also make you lose reputation)

"Earn 20,000 credits"

Just like the previous one, keep fulfilling contracts. You can also do "organ flipping" (buying high-rarity organs in busted condition, revitalizing them using hearts, lungs, and souls inside the cargo hold in order to increase their condition, then selling them for increased profit). If you unlocked the organ stock market (MARKET) in Day 5, you can also do that.

The description may be confusing, but all you need to do is reach 30 minutes of playtime in a save. Doesn't matter if you are AFK, as long as your save is open, you can get this achievement.

"Buy 5 organ shares"

In Day 5, you get to unlock the organ stock market (MARKET). There, you can buy stocks for a certain organ of your choice. Just buy a total of 5 shares in any organ stocks and hold for a day.

"Fulfill 49 contracts"

Another slam dunk. Simply complete 49 total contracts and you should get this easily.

"Abandon 5 contracts"

Another easy one, simply accept 5 contracts and abandon them. It's best to do this to spam and scam contracts (the ones asking for organs with awful or zero payment in return, you also have to do that to get a certain ending).

"Change your face 10 and 30 times"

You can do this every time a day is over. Go to your personal profile (PROFILE), and in the profile picture part, simply press the left or right arrows to change your profile pic 10 and/or 30 times to get this achievement.

"Pay off competing traders 5 and 15 times"

As you progress through the game, a certain tab named TRADERS will be available. From there, you can see other organ traders that will be present in that day once the trading opens. They, like you, will buy organs in the selection. It may not be an issue in the early game, but as you progress, they became more and more unhinged and fast to the point that you can't buy the organs you want to buy anymore, as they keep sniping it.

However, you can bribe them to f*** off for one day by paying them a certain amount using the PAY OFF feature below their profile information. Simply do that 5 and 15 times to get this achievement. You do need to have a good amount of capital to afford it tho, as it can be very expensive at times.

"Own a total of 52 meters of intestines"

You need to have a cumulative total of 52 meters of intestines in your cargo hold. To get this long, you need to have a total of 9 small intestines, or 35 large intestines in your cargo hold. The best way to get this is by buying 9 small intestines, as large intestines are expensive, and you also need to max out your cargo hold to even store them all.

To unlock small intestines in the selection, simply build up your reputation up to 5000. After that, small intestines will be available for purchase. You also need to expand your cargo hold to at least 10 slots to store all 9 small intestines at once.

You get the achievement when you have successfully stored all 9 small intestines in the cargo hold.
