Mass server block using cmd (Best and quickest method)

1, Open terminal as administrator.

2, (Outbound) Paste this command into your terminal and press enter.
(Do inbound and outbound separately!)

Block using control panel (very slow)

1, Go to windows search bar and type firewall then open this below

2, click "inbound rules" and click "new rule" then click "custom" then click next until you get here

3, now you have to click "these ip addresses" on the bottom and click "add"

4, here is why i dont reccomend this, you have to manually add each ip, you cant paste all ips at once, you need to do the same for outbound rules.
