To 'Activate' a Cheat you can either type the Cheatcode in while in the Pause Menu or while in-game.
No need for capitalization. Just type the Cheatcode correctly - without spaces - as if one word.
A message saying "Cheat activated" will appear in the top left corner upon success.

Make sure to try MIAMITRAFFIC and FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT.

The game might warn your save might get corrupted after using cheats.
You can ignore the warning and save (OK->SAVE) or don't save ofcourse. (OK->CANCEL)
Recommend: DON'T SAVE. For instance, when you activate the Cheatcode to have all Peds riot,
there's no Cheatcode to turn it off gain. So if you save, Peds will always be rioting.
