Some notes:
- I don't know if you need to find / interact with all of the hidden scenes on the item screen mid-chapter. I found 3 of them, and got 100% on the chapter. You do need to find the 1 scene with an item, as items count towards chapter%, I think.
- The mini-stories on the map are NOT needed for chapter 100%. I'm not sure if they're required for Achievements at all.
- The final choice in the chapter is the first time I've ran into a rating-locked choice; when I went back and picked Ranka choices, it no longer told me the % required to unlock it... so there may have been others earlier (or later) that I'm unaware of, because I didn't get locked out on them.

Epilogue Mini Theaters:
- These should unlock after you get END for all 6 girls. Needs 65% with each girl to access END. There is 1 scene for each girl! These count for 100% on Chapter 6!
- NOTE: you likely ALSO need to do ALL mini-theater scenes from earlier chapters, or these will not unlock!

QTE Achievement should award either in Void BEST END or after the QTEs in Lei Qiu, whichever you do second.

After doing all the Epilogues and Necklace true ending, you should get the 100% for chapter 6 Achievement and then when you exit back to the chapter select, it'll award 100% for the whole game Achievement.

Release Once Achievement - can be earned any time throughout the game. Hold right mouse click down for about 15 seconds and it'll get a big blue circle around the cursor. Release right click and you'll fire off Pure Yang Power and get the Achievement. (thanks to Ash for help on this!)
