Preparations
Work your way through the storyline of C7, (including graduation) and finish Gourmet Town. Make sure to Dark Ritual often and increase your status up. Performing the actions that give you extra attack and defense are crucial and grind gluttony.

Here is what you roughly need to fight the monster:
  • 60M status up
  • 250T+ HP and 150T+ Attack (of your choosing)
  • Envy Level 600+ for Max HP
  • Envy Level 450+ for Attack
  • Envy Level 100+ for Defense

I used the following setup for grinding gluttony (Magical Attack focused):
Sloth (17 slots):
    Dungeon
  • Mt. Dragon - Crater
  • Moon Forest - Abyess
    Loop
  • Harvest Mushroom
  • Fate Conversion
    Other
  • Kill all * (insert guardian name)
  • Status up
  • Make Firewood
  • Buy Pork
  • Make Pork Steak
  • Make rock Grilled Steak
  • Buy Beef
  • Make Baked Apple
  • Make Mushroom Saute

Set Auto eat slots (6) to:
  • Fish
  • Honey
  • Baked Apple
  • Pork steak
  • Mushroom Saute
  • Rock Grilled Steak

Party
  • Junk Orc
  • Chill Specter
  • Chubster Wyvern
  • You
  • Bulk Goblin
  • Phantom Whale
  • Elder Treant
  • Queen Bee
  • Tree Golem
  • Butter Golem
Attack!
The monster starts attacking right away with three quick attack, followed by a recovery that takes some time. My initial plan was to sacrifice the frist three party members to the three quick attacks and then finish it off with the main character with an attack that would execute right before the fourth attack, which had to be at most 2.1s. I used Rock Bullet, but my party members had enough HP to survive a few hits and they beat up the monster almost to death with Sharp Spike and Wind Step.

Here is the party setup (including attack) that I used:
  • Junk Orc - Sharp Spike
  • Chill Specter - Wind step
  • Chubster Wyvern - Wind step
  • You - Rock Bullet
  • Bulk Goblin - Momentary Spike
  • Greedy Beast
  • Rage Goblin
  • Butter Golem
  • Genius Golem
  • High-Calorie Slime

I assume you have equiped the most fitting equipment to your party at this stage in the game.

If you can't beat the monster, take a look at how much damage it does and how much HP your party members have. Surviving at least one hit gives a big advantage as it gives more opportunity to attacks, so focussing your gluttony on HP much be beneficial.

Once you beat the monster, it disappears and the story continues. You will receive research, but not probably not enough to level it up to it's max level (requires 104B research plus 69.7B for Luck).
