Bachmann 4-8-4 Overland Limited

A do-over of my first ever workshop item. I've learned a lot over the years, and I figured this would be a good way to show how far I've come. So here's this horrific thing.

Originally released by Bachmann in 1994 as part of the Overland Limited set, this 4-8-4 is... visually confusing. It's an NYC Niagara with a Vanderbilt tender in Union Pacific colors. Supposedly the tooling wasn't (and still isn't) great, but what do I know?

This 4-8-4... thing... is ready to do all the heavy lifting on your layout, even if you don't want it to! It's at my door demanding to pull a train up Sherman Hill as we speak! Please help.

If you can believe it the older tooling is actually better aesthetically.
