This is one of those games that hates HDR screens, so this is a know how to people who don't know how to prevent issues with the games colors.
This is for Nvidia GPUs

Go to your taskbar

Go to your taskbar

Click on the little arrow next to audio, wi-fi and date to show hidden icons
In there you'll find the Nvidia logo
Right click on it to show options and select:
NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL

The first thing you'll see is something like this
From there go to Manage 3D settings, you'll see something like the following picture, DON'T change any setting in global, it's always a bad idea and don't follow any tutorials that tell you to do so.
From there you can select a program to customize
It might be on the list but if you don't see it click on add, if you played the game recently it should show up right away as so.
Go lower on the scrolling bar, where it says Vulkan/OpenGL preset method choose "Prefer layered on DXGI Swapchain"
DONT FORGET TO CLICK ON APPLY
Enjoy a properly functioning game on your HDR monitor
This tutorial applies to ALL games that have the same issue

Another solution is to simply play windowed (which I prefer with an idle game anyways)

During the play test the HDR issue was brought up and there was an update that fixed it. Not sure why it's in the full release, but thank for the guide.

To easy your intrigue, if you have HDR turned on in Windows it breaks the colors when you open the game, not only in game but when you go back to Windows, it makes everything super washed out and/or extremely dark, it's a common occurrence in some games with an older engine, it happened to me with this game and it would usually deter me from opening certain games and i wanted to prevent it for other people too, i also felt like making a guide as i had some free time on me.
