Jizya special doctrine may be chosen by any religion.

Change to one entry in doctrines_special to enable it for everyone.

I did fix Jizya Tax Collector which is broken for Clans in Vanilla. The code in Vanilla targets the religion instead of the faith. I fixed it by having the clan Jizya Tax Collector target faith instead of religion.

I did have to change the subject contract groups for Clans.

I did NOT fix the vanilla broken tax nonbelievers Core Tenet. Unfortunately, the way Tenets are modded is you must replace the entire file, and cannot just change/add one tenet, so the core tenet had to remain broken per vanilla.

Put this at the end of your load list!

Compatible with everything that does not change Jizya Contracts. Total Conversions, it would depend - if the mod uses Jizya Contracts, this will make it available for everyone.

This will probably NOT be compatible with a mod that changes subject contracts, jizya special doctrine, or jizya contract. It should be compatible with everything else. Let me know.

Should never need updated though I will update when needed.

Pro Tip: I suggest combining with cultural traditions and religious doctrines which make it unlikely to force conversion, are tolerant of other cultures/religions and/or ignore negative opinions. This doctrine can become powerful in an empire with lots of different faiths, and is less powerful in an empire with only your own faith.
