And for the sake of testing, I threw her onto base and yes, you can interact with her still, as in she'll still have dialogue. So I think in that way, people will still be able to do her quests. I'll throw that into the guide
So you can respawn her by exiting to the main menu, then loading the save again.
I imagine it's similar for servers. She would probably respawn if the server does a restart/maintenance.
Also, you can get the quests from her after capturing her if you add her to a base.
I wonder if she is still interacable if she is deployed at a base that is owned by someone else...
