Classes
You may be wondering "What the hell is a Class?" well, they're the most left Perk on your Heister whether it's Brute, Thief or perhaps even a Big Shot! While the game does provide a simple explanation it is very vague as to what benefit the Heister actually gains from being X Class, hence I'll be showing what effects they actually have and how far it goes.

The Boss, you know him whether it's from Roguelites Baker or Multiplayers Boss loadouts. When it comes to Singleplayer, Baker can be used twice a day and grants a teamwide 50% Cash Bonus to the Mission. Additionally if you acquire from Gold Cup Dollar Dragon via giving him his cut in stealth, he also has the ability to be used twice a day but has no Cash Bonus and a mere 10% Health Boost.
In Multiplayer, all you get is a simple 10% Health Boost.

Something the game doesn't mention is how promoting Teammembers actually also improves their Class besides a vague "Combat Skills Improved" the information below shows the improvements in the classes via promotions. (Levels)

Before getting into the Classes, here is a table of the amount of successful missions required per Promotion for the Characters.

Teamwide Effects
Teamwide effects are caused by perks that will apply to everyone in the crew whether it's roguelite or multiplayer.
Perks with such teamwide effect are marked with an icon in the top left of the Perk icon.

As of U16 the only Sources with such Bonus are Travis Baker's Boss Class from the Roguelite and Head Honcho's Rainmaker Perk.

How it looks when marked on a Class or Perk instead of seperate.

Below is an image from the Loadout screen showcasing how it appears when a character with a Teamwide effect is selected.

As you can see the Icon is displayed below the Teammember including its rarity.
