Description
Adds some extra splatter decals to go with standard bullet impacts. Also switches the impact particle effect from an explosive blood mist to a nice small squib cinematic version.

Mod Load Order is still an issue. If more than one mod is subscribed to that edits the same cfg(s). Then the one that Steam loads last takes priority. No solution at this time.

Working on an issue where the impact effect is being culled at distances greater than 10m.
