The image shows the proper route: approach tightly from the pallet side and stay close to the structure.

This cuts off the survivor’s line to the window, denying them a fast vault opportunity.

Forces them to either take a slow vault (which can be punished), to drop the pallet or to leave the tile early.

This path gives you control over the loop and pressures the survivor into making mistakes.

Approaching wide or from the window side (as shown in the first image) gives the survivor enough room to line up a fast vault through the window.

This makes the loop stronger and allows them to extend the chase or chain back into the loop.

You're giving up control of the tile and allowing the survivor to gain distance.

Taking the correct path around Cow Tree is crucial for a killer as it is considered one of the best loops on that map (i still see people who loop it wrong).
