Standalone CS:S + HL2 Episodes Spawnlist

Description
This mod adds Counter-Strike: Source and HL2 Episodics spawnlists as a custom spawnlist that doesn't require you to mount the games for it to appear, allowing you to save disk space.
Yes, the last gmod beta update added CSS and episodes content, but props wont appear in menu without mounted game. Also, the mod needs to be installed on server to work for everyone who doesn't have the games installed.
If you already have HL2 or CS:S installed and mounted, this mod will not have any effects and you will enjoy vanilla spawnlists instead!
For now, the content is included in gmod beta and chromium branches.
