Adds ability to hang people in the game.

Important notes:
the wire must go FROM head and TO the object
the wire must be attached to an object

Yo bro can you make it so that if the person falls down, example a trapdoor it instantly breaks his neck and he dies, that would be better (thats how it works in the 18th century)
