Steps
If you are facing stuttering then do the following

Attila is a 32 bit game (come on in 2015 why did CA release 32 bit game?), this means game cannot use more than 4 cores or 4GB VRAM. This means how much powerful PC you have the game will run poorly. Follow the following steps below to improve your game and make it playable.

1. Go into C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Attila\scripts

2. open preferences.script.txt

3. Press Ctrl+F and type "number_of_threads"

2. Find this line "number_of_threads 0; # number_of_threads <int>, Set the number of threads <= 0 - automatic, >0 = explicit number #"

3. Change the first number from 0 to how many threads/cores your CPU has (logical Cores)

thanks

Lmao i found the solution and shared it on a guide too for total war rome 2 and then i see you already made the work (it's the same problem, but in rome 2 it's even worse because you can't launch a battle without crashing), personnaly i can run it with 8 cores (or 16 threads or UC), but yea the game engine should really be reworked instead... Nice job btw :b3d_lol:
