The Heart, Kidney, and Brain Transplants with no blood loss.
By GiraffeKing!
Normally the way you cut and slice and break Bob's body to do the procedure will make him lose blood, but there's a neat but very strict way to do the heart, kidney, and brain surgeries without making him lose a single drop of blood.

How is it even Possible?
You might think I am crazy but it is possible, but only because of the physics and logic of the game being very janky, these are things you'll have to be able to do:
- Have very still hands and movement
- Memorize cutting locations
- Have patience, trust me that is important
- Know how to clip the new heart through the ribcage
- Jabbing your hand through the ribcage
- carefully cutting the intestines and kidneys
- Popping the brain without breaking the skull
- Cutting the brain stem without blood loss
- Popping the new brain in without breaking the skull
- Keeping focus the whole time
The Heart Surgery
The heart surgery, the most strict surgery, here is what you need to do to succeed:
- First, jab your hand between the ribcage to take out the lungs, and liver as well if you want to.
- After that, grab any of the scalpels by you.
- Then, VERY CAREFULLY cut the two arteries/veins of the heart you need to cut (If you tap the ribcage, check the blood level to see if it sensed you hit it, if it went down, restart the level.)
- If you cut the heart out, jab your hand between the ribcage to grab the old heart.
- Then grab the new heart and jab it in through the ribcage, nudge it around until the game accepts it
- Then bask in the glory of a perfect surgery
Note: The space level is harder because the arteries/veins of the old heart like to pop up into the scalpel after being cut so beware.

The Kidney Surgery
The kidney surgery, the one that requires the most precision. Here are the steps to do this surgery perfectly:
- Before anything else, take out the liver.
- First grab the kidney scalpel, this helps with aligning to cut the correct places.
- Then cut out the intestines, there will be darkened spots where the cutting points are.
- Cut off the stomach and esophagus.
- Then cut out the kidneys, if at any point a little blood splatters, that means you lost blood and have to restart.
- Take the new kidneys, place them in, and you're done
Note: Be careful as once again in the space level, the parts may fly up once you cut them out.

The Brain Surgery
And finally, the brain surgery, the glitchiest one. Even though the other two are harder, this one may require more retries:
- Take the new brain out of the jar, this is so you can quickly finish the level once you cut the brain stem.
- Now, bash your head in real life through Bob's head, this will make the old brain glitch and thing it popped out.
- If you did it correctly, the brain stem should start freaking out outside of the skull. (You can also try to grab the old brain through the skull but the stem might try to resist and the brain will be invisible.)
- Take a scalpel and hold it to the brain stem, wait until you feel the controller vibrate slightly and see the brain stem cutting.
- Then take the new brain, and jab it into the skull, if you struggle with this, you can also hold it up in front of your face and bash your real life head to push it in too.
- And then that is it, the fastest surgery in the game!
Note: Sometimes the brain stem might still bleed, which is why you need to be fast.
(I have finished the surgery in just a second doing this method.)
