Dimensional Wings & Omniblink: Community Weapons Modpack Patch

Description
This patch changes the ID of the crafting station so that it doesn't conflict with the Community Weapons Modpack and possibly any other mods that would conflict with it.

Warning: Changing item IDs deletes any instance using the old ID from the game.
