Success within RealWare demands absolute conformity to these principles.

Section I: General Responsibilities

Outlines core obligations governing your daily function and conduct within RealWare facilities.

Operational Presence
Maintain your designated post for the entirety of your scheduled cycle. Absence from assigned locations without prior authorization will result in immediate termination of contract and initiation of reclamation procedures.
Performance Standards
All tasks must be completed to the exact specifications of your Labor Sergeant or direct supervisor. Variance from established benchmarks is unacceptable and will be documented for disciplinary review.
Equipment Protection
All tools, weapons, and protective systems issued to you remain the property of RealWare. You are responsible for their maintenance, readiness, and return. Loss or misuse will incur replacement liabilities and corrective action.
Compliance & Conduct
You are to exhibit obedience to management personnel, Security Department operatives, and inspection teams. Any display of defiance, hesitation, or personal grievance is regarded as an obstruction to productivity, and will result in corrective measures.
Observation & Reporting
Monitor peers for indicators of negligence, sabotage, or ideological contamination. Promptly report irregularities to your Labor Sergeant. Remember, silence is complicity.
Response to Noncompliance
Workers who impede production, abandon posts, or exhibit persistent inefficiency will be removed from RealWare facilities, and denied further correctional opportunities. This process is final.

NOTE: These responsibilities represent only the baseline expectations for all RealWare personnel. They are the foundation upon which all other directives are built and must be fully understood, retained, and executed without deviation. Their consistent application is not optional.

Section II: Military Facility Operations

Specifies protocols and limitations necessary to maintain order and security in operational zones

Restricted Areas
Do not enter weapons vaults, ammunition rooms, or command sections without written clearance. Unauthorized access will be treated as an act of hostility.
Elite Authority
Elite Force members have total authority on all levels. Follow orders without delay. Failure to comply will be punished.
Incident Reports
If you witness unauthorized weapons movement, accidental discharge, or any damage, report it at once to your Labor Sergeant or the nearest security staff. Do not attempt to interfere.
Spot Inspections
Random checks will occur without notice. You must present identification and any assigned equipment immediately. Refusal will result in disciplinary measures.
S.K.U.L.L. Project
Under no circumstances are you to interact with or approach the S.K.U.L.L. Project. Any breach of this directive is cause for extermination before further negligence is possible.

NOTE: These duties are the minimum required to keep RealWare assets secure. Failure to perform them will have consequences.

Section III: Emergency Protocol

This section defines the required procedures during critical incidents within RealWare facilities.

PMC Intrusion
Private Military Contractors are not permitted within RealWare property. Any PMC presence is to be treated as hostile. Engage with lethal force on sight.
Quasimorphosis
If a fellow operative exhibits signs of Quasimorphosis, establish distance before full manifestation occurs. Once the breach is confirmed, lethal force is mandatory.
Do not hesitate.
Noncompliant Personnel
Failure to follow RealWare directives during emergencies will not be tolerated. Noncompliance includes:
- Refusing to engage hostile entities.
- Attempting unauthorized communication or negotiation with hostile forces.
Such behavior will be considered grounds for immediate termination.
Evacuation
Evacuation orders will be issued only by authorized personnel. Do not initiate or participate in unauthorized evacuation attempts.
Post-Incident Procedures
Following containment or neutralization of threats:
- Assist with damage assessment and casualty documentation.
- Report for medical evaluation and formal debriefing.
- Remain in designated areas until further instruction is issued.
  Unauthorized movement will be addressed accordingly.

NOTE: Your adherence ensures RealWare’s continued operation and survival. Deviation is not an option.

Section IV: Operative Integration

You have now been presented with the foundational expectations required of all RealWare personnel. Compliance with these standards is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Proceed to your assigned Labor Sergeant for further instruction regarding your operational responsibilities, station assignment, and performance expectations.

Delays or failure to report will be interpreted as refusal of duty.

NOTE: The introductory material provided does not constitute the entirety of your function. RealWare expects constant adaptation, obedience, and receptivity to further instruction. You will be shaped into what is required.
