Setosa's Power Tools

Description
This mod adds several new power tools to the game. These are industrial level items and can be unlocked via Machining research and then built at the Machining Table. They also double as weapons.












Highly recommended extra mods (so pawns actually use their tools when working):
Simple sidearms
Grab your tool! (continued)
Not sure if you'd want both, i'd start with one or the other.

Recolor your tools with:
World Builder
(Click a tool > Click Customise > Choose a colour/style > Save as default or once off)

Adds nice melee animations when the power tools are used as weapons (totally optional though!)
Melee Animations

This mod just adds new items so it should be safe to add and remove (as long as you have none of the power tools on your map or pawns) at any time.

I personally prefer them to each have their own, so I can just use Style Change anytime, click the power tool and click "Red" or whatever color.
Also gonna start a discussion for ideas, just commenting cause I'm not too sure if you get notifications for discussions, I've been told before that authors don't so

i love this! very nice visuals and overall style :)

as a suggestion - nailgun, increases construction/gen labor speed (for balance maybe less than the chisel/drill) and doubles as a ranged weapon?

I can also change them to just use the vanilla styles like Morbid,Totemic,Spikecore. Let me know if you think that's a better option.

RE the styles showing up during ideology creation, I think that's just how it has to work as i need to define each of the colours as global styles. Hopefully it isnt too weird.

Could you add a spinning/fishing rod to increase fishing speed?

Not sure if it's intentional, but the different colour power tools now show up during custom ideology creation in the list of possible styles next to Norse, Animalist etc.
