100% Achievement Guide
By Lt.Col. Anon Xer0
Since this game lacks replayability,
here's an achievement guide so you don't waste time when you're hunting for achievements.
Most aren't hard anyway, just tedious.

Chapter 1 Scouting achievements
Ashes to Ashes
Take care of the children
Mission questline: Smoke to ashes, ashes to dust.
Self-explanatory, take them all in to be a humanitarian.
You'll be taking them no matter what.

Help with the pain
Grant mercy to German Officer
Mission questline: A usual day at war
Take the French Officer, and mercy kill the German Officer.

Old man and the P14
Help the old man track the convoys.
Mission questline: The forest Wraith
Follow the old man, and follow his suggestions.
Achievement pops at the end of the last mission.
Chapter 1 achievements
Micromanagement
Finish chapter 1 without Shift System Improvement.
At the bottom of the healing tab for improvements, is the "shift system" improvement.
Don't buy it.

Dr Jekyll
Finish chapter 1 being perceived as Humanitarian.
Save people as well as you can. Shoving nurses into the operating ward can up your success rate to 79%. You don't have to do much beyond lean to one side over the other.
Chapter 2 Scouting achievements
Lovestruck
Help lovers escape father's wrath
1.Approach and start a conversation
2.Let them go
3.Tell the father
4.Side with the daughter

Friend in the Hood
Help Friar Tuck
1.Search for the man
2.Offer to help.
3.Check on the Monastery, and offer to hunt down the muggers
4.Arrest the muggers.
5.The achievement should pop after the mission to escort the arrested muggers to HQ has been completed. Don't forget to send a truck to get alcohol from the Monastery.

Do be his madness there is method in it?
Allow Witch Doctor to finish his reaserch
Experience denotes that this mission spawns around the 16th of August, 7 days before the chapter ends. So check your scout map, and don't wait or you'll be unable to complete it.
1.The Mission name is "Rumors of doom."
2.Choice requires that you search the barricaded house.
3.Second choice is one between giving resources and not.
4.Last Choice is obviously to let the witch doctor go for the achievement.

Infecting people with rabies without their knowledge or consent is more than a crime, and ethical/moral violation to understate the actions of this witch doctor. If possible, I'd have him create his cure under guard, and then arrest him after it was complete. If it was entirely within my authority, and it was of no detriment to the villagers, I'd have him shot.

Spy Games
Finish spyhunt
1.Infiltrate
2.Report Situation to HQ
3.Help with the Spy Hunt
4.You fail spy Hunt, but you finish it fast, netting you the achievement.
Chapter 2 achievements
Mr Hyde
Finish Chapter 2 being perceived as Ruthless.
Make decisions for events that will lead to conflict, deny admissions just because. Stockpile supplies you'll never use. You know, the pointless decisions.
Chapter 3 Scouting achievements
Time Is the Simplest Thing
Help the village reach first evacuation site in time
This starts after the completion of the questline that starts with, "Crouching Enemy, Hidden Forces," or after the loss of ground notified by the radio.
Make the choice to discard the carts, and complete the following mission.

Little dorothy
Find the missing girl
After the completion of the previous achievement, and mission involving evacuating the villagers, a new mission "a lone farm" will appear.
1. Search the farm.
2. Complete the following mission.
Non-Chapter Building achievements
Have some air
Use Oxygen Inhalation on Tier 3 Chemical Wounded
Will require building the chemical ward, and the low pressure gas tanks improvement. At least 1 case of a tier 3 chemical wounded, that's 3 chevrons on the green stamp. Will occur at least once in Chapter 2.
The achievement will pop after the operation is complete.

Surgical Specialization

Boy Scout
Construct all Scouting Improvements

A Man of the People
Construct all Housing Improvements
Buy all Housing tab Improvements.

Fully Operational
Construct all Production Improvements.
Buy all Production tab Improvements.
The achievement will pop only when the last improvement has been constructed.
Non-Chapter Specific achievements
Esprit de corps
Reach above 95% Morale
Several methods, I'll just describe the highest changes to morale:
Nutritious rations from the canteen, and releasing soldiers from duty.

Cause a Full Belly Is a Righteous Belly!
Have Nutritious Rations set for 7 days.
I've read that loading a save in the middle of the 7 days can bug out the counter for this achievement. They are right, and this achievement has been buggy. Do it in chapter 1, as resources get tighter with later chapters, from more mouths to feed unless you have everything locked down.

No rest for the exhausted
Successfully finish the operation with Doctor Close to Collapse without him collapsing
Easily done, one of your first achievements. If you are having trouble, just keep dumping patients on one surgeon if you some how hired many surgeons.

Practice makes perfect
Have Doctor with 3 positive traits
Relying on specific doctors results in more experience. Doctors appear to gain experience by the number of patients they handle rather than how many hours they operate.

Doing all you can
Finish Any Chapter Healing as many Patients as possible
It's not particularly difficult, focusing on the Surgery ward, and stuffing as many nurses into the operating ward will max out the success chances of the operations to 79%. 7 is the maximum, the game will say 9, but won't let you stuff in those last 2.

Perfectly Balanced
Finish any chapter having no leaning.
Tough one. keep events in your back pocket, in case you need to boost your morality to one side or the other. For example, make no decision on the cemetery as there's no time limit on that. Events such as clearing the tracks after the train crash will gain you some humanitarian points, or lose some if you ignore it. Remember you can save your game and reload at any time, unless you're trying to do this with the "Cause a Full Belly Is a Righteous Belly! achievement," and maybe the "It will cost you an arm and a leg" achievement.

Cannon Fodder
Let 100 patients die
Deny, deny, deny. Will definitely happen in chapter 3 with the pure numbers of wounded, or in chapter 2, if you're trying for the Mr. Hyde achievement.

It will cost you an arm and a leg
Use Amputation on 50 Patients
Buy the Amputation tools in the surgery ward tree improvements.
Make sure your trench defense is strong, and your morale is good.
Right-click on every surgery ward patient that is admitted to set them for amputation.
make 50 people unfit for duty. Might need to do this in one sitting.

I grant you the rank of Major
Gain all achivements
I do not know why the English are unable to spell "achievements," but that's not my responsibility. It's tedious going through multiple playthroughs. Good luck.
Additional notes:

As you run a field hospital that seems to have a diversity quota for its patients, that would make me assume that the majority of the British Expeditionary Forces were made up mainly of Chinese, Koreans, Africans, and Indians. Perhaps then, most of the soldiers local to the British isles in this time period must have been assigned into the Colonial Regiments by accident. The ol' Switcheroo as it were.
No one is arguing that many people of different ethnicities fought in this war. Too bad the names of their units are wholly trivial compared to the priority of their ethnicities.

Captain America
Very funny, Steve Rogers from the Captain America movie being in WW1 instead of WW2 as an easter egg. Wrong war, wrong tone, Wrong unit wrong comic book, terrible.

And yes, he was operated on by Walter White from breaking bad.

Saving Private Ryan.

Again, wrong war. I don't want to talk about this character anymore. Point is, there are just so many historical and fictional figures in ww1 that can be put into this game, but here we are.

Social Distancing, and Mask Mandates.

I get that we're trying to be relatable. These are quarantine protocols and as such. haven't they already been figured out since plagues of the 17th century. And where does a medical officer of the BEF get the authority to mandate wearing a mask to french civilians? Worse yet, where does he find the manpower to enforce it?

I get that this is a small indie polish studio, and in that scope, would the localizers be to blame?

Also, the endings are not impactful due to how arbitrarily the humanitarian and ruthless morality system works.

There simply are better, and more authentic ways to portray a War hospital while telling a good story and making a good game.

Seeing that you've probably bought this game, let me recommend a comic: Charley's War
While he spends most of his time in the infantry, he has an arc as a stretcher bearer which illuminates the experience of frontline British medical personnel. Overall, it's just a good story.
Here are some snippets that include a recurring character "Dr. No."

Lastly, Portrayal of war isn't easy, while I appreciate the devs of this game trying. Well, portraying its realities is something rarely done well.
