These all awarded for me upon initially loading the game... so I can't be bothered to find exactly where in the game these should award. From reading the achievement descriptions, the 6 related to choices appear to be core plot related, and very straightforward.

The 6 related to hidden ending for each of the 6 girls should also be fairly easy to understand... after getting any of the 8 main endings, you also get a hidden ending afterwards. As far as I could tell, it was based around which girl you had the most trust with.

I would do the Branch Line first, since it's a short dead-end:

Note: I had to switch language to Chinese to get the ending choice to appear; the screen was blank in English.

To gain 100 or 200 favor with each girl, you have to give them gifts in the Date section from the main menu. Use the items or silver you've collected while playing to reach 200 with each girl. You can get more eggs and flowers from Photos and Library and getting 33/67/100 completion in each chapter.

Upgrade Katerina to 200 first, so that you unlock more gift items in the Store.

Overall, it's not that expensive to buy the gifts you need to reach 200 with all girls. The S-rank items are very expensive for the benefit they give. I had about 22000 Silver left after buying everything I needed.
